ILO Director-General Guy Ryder Pays a Courtesy Call to COTU-K Secretary General Bro. Atwoli

Earlier this evening The COTU-K Secretary General Bro. Francis Atwoli hosted the ILO Director-General Guy Ryder who was Paying him a Courtesy call at his offices at Solidarity Building, Digo road.

During the visit, they held extensive discussions on the ILO engagement with social partners. The Director General expressed his personal commitment to an expanded social dialogue engagement of Government, Employers and Workers, adding that it has always been the objective of ILO to see a closer working relationship among this partners in all its member countries.

Accompanying the Director General was the assistant director general who is also the Regional Director for Africa Mr Aeneas Chapinga Chuma together with the regional Director for East Africa Sis. Mary Kawar.

The Secretary General of COTU-K Bro. Atwoli was accompanied by his two Assistant Secretary Generals Br. Ernest Nadome and Sis. Caroline Ruto along side the COTU-K Treasurer General Sis. Rebecca M. Nyathogora and COTU-K Legal advisor and Board Member Bro. Isaiah Kubai
