COTU-(K) and FKE Meet to Evaluate the Wage Indicator Initiative

The Central Organisation of Trade Unions COTU-(K) and Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE)  held a meeting to evaluate the Wage Indicator  Initiative. This is an an online platform where workers can report employers who are not complying with labour laws on minimum wages.

The new initiative is aimed at fighting for workers’ rights by creating a negotiating platform between the employers and workers outside court.
