COTU-K Officials and Staff Seminar on Strategic Planning

The Central Organisation of Trade Unions – Kenya led by the Secretary General Bro. Francis Atwoli, Other Board members and Members of staff have retreated to the serene lake Bogoria Spa Resort for a national leadership seminar on strategic planning for COTU-K.
In his opening remarks the Secretary General Bro. Atwoli brilliant brought the gathering up to speed on the journey of COTU-K operations and previous strategic plans that were in place and how the time was now ripe for the giant umbrella organization needs to reinvent itself through strategic thinking.
“You must discover and reinvent oneself for you to remain relevant in this current competitive and dynamic world.” Said Bro. Atwoli
The strategic planning is being developed with resourceful personnel led by Dr. Mohamed Mwamadzingo from ILO and a pool of other experts in Strategic Planning. During the three day meeting, COTU K team will also hold a tem building session to build cohesion and cooperation among the staff and officials at the workers organization.
