INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY, 2026

COTU (K) celebrated international womens day which was held at solidarity building,Cotu Headquarters.The event was marked by by calls to end violence and harrassment,ensure equal pay and opportunities ,support girls education and promote women leadership and representation .Under this years theme,Rights Justice Action For All Women and Girls.The participants rallied calls for action to dismantle all barriers to equal justice which include discriminatory laws,weak legal protections and harmful practices and social norms that erode the rights of women and girls.
