Conclusion of the COTU-K Strategic Review Meeting

The Central Organisation of Trade Unions – Kenya led by the Secretary General Bro. Francis Atwoli, Chairman – Bro Rajab Mwondi, Deputy Secretary General Bro. Benson Okwaro, Treasurer General -Sis. Rebecca Nyathogora, 1^st Vice Chairman Rev. Joel Chebii, 2^nd Assistant Secretary General Sis. Caro Ruto and 1^st Trustee Francis Wangara jointly with Members of staff of COTU Kenya and senior staff from Tom Mboya Labour College have successfully concluded the reviewing of a draft strategic plan being spearheaded by JAYPENT a management consultant with expertise in the field.

The final document will be prepared and launched, in his remarks the Secretary Gener Br. Atwoli was very impressed by the draft plan, he exuded lots of optimism and confidence that the five year strategic plan will transform COTU- Kenya to be a premier umbrella trade union in Kenya and beyond.
