OATUU President and COTU-K Secretary General Francis Atwoli meeting President Abdelaziz Bouteflika of Algeria yesterday in Algiers where he briefed the President on various issues and challenges facing workers on the African Continent. Later Mr. Atwoli was decorated with the highest distinction award in Algeria, the National Order of Merit of Algeria by the President.
