OATUU President Bro. Atwoli hosts over ten Cabinet Ministers from the Algerian Government

OATUU President and COTU-K Secretary General Francis Atwoli this evening hosted over ten Cabinet Ministers from the government of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria led by the Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Mohamed Ghazi.

The discussions with the ministers centered on strengthening the Pan-African trade union organization, OATUU and uniting workers on the continent where Atwoli briefed them on the challenges facing the organization and appreciated the support given to the organization by the Algerian government.

The ministers equally took the opportunity to congratulate Atwoli for being the first Trade union leader to be awarded the prestigious National Order of Merit by the Algerian government.
