NOTICE TO CONVENE THE 13TH QUINQUENNIAL MEETING OF ELECTIONS AND CONFERENCE

TO: All COTU (K) Affiliate Trade Unions and Delegates to the 13th Congress

RE: NOTICE TO CONVENE THE 13TH QUINQUENNIAL MEETING OF ELECTIONS AND CONFERENCE

Pursuant to COTU (K) Rule No. 4 on the convening of the Governing Council and in particular reference to section 4 (f) and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Rule No, 10 (c) and with regard to similar provisions in convening of such a meeting as described under Rule No. 4 (m),

I do hereby give a Notice of the 13th Quinquennial COTU (K) Governing Council meeting to take place on Saturday 21st May, 2016 at the Tom Mboya Labour College, Kisumu starting at 8:00am.

Through this Notice all eligible Delegates to the meeting as described under Rule 4 (b) (i), (ii) and (iii) are accordingly notified to attend the meeting.
